Controllable quality precision and high component quality.

The components are polished and machined with high-precision moulds and modern CNC machining equipment, which further improves the dimensional accuracy of components and flatness of contact surfaces, and reduces the size deviation of components, thus improving the construction and installation efficiency.

High production efficiency, meeting the requirements for rapid construction of wind farms.

The centralized factory production is used, and full set of moulds are designed with high rigidity and precision. The production capacity can be released quickly, and the design capacity can reach 1-3 days/tower as required. The ring assembly uses the high-precision adjustable assembly platform developed by us with high assembly accuracy, which meets the requirements for rapid construction of wind farms.

Standardized components and transport within limits.

All rings are not out of limit according to the latest domestic road transport regulations. No out-of-limit transport license is required for normal transport. They can be quickly transported to the construction site without being affected by the height and width restrictions on road.

Efficient and precise assembly and construction.

High-precision component dimensions and contact surface flatness greatly speed up the installation and construction. The component assembly and installation use a complete set of special tooling platforms and slings and other auxiliary construction systems to ensure rapid assembly and hoisting of components on site. The component assembly, tower hoisting and fan hoisting can use different working surfaces for flow operation. The assembly and hoisting of a single tower only need 2~3 days respectively.

Independent development and controllable costs.

The automatic reinforcement processing and production line, grinders, modular production moulds and automatic production equipment developed independently by us for concrete towers, and various on-site construction tools and machines facilitate shortening production cycle, improving product quality, reducing production labor, shortening tower assembly time, reducing construction price and saving construction cost.
